COURSE OF THE ASSESSMENT
AND
FINAL RESULTS
According to the competition regulations, the deadline for submiting the works was on 30 January 2020. A total of 104 works were submitied for the competition.
On 12 February 2020, at the Faculty of Architecture of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice a formal siting of the Competition Jury was held consisting of:
- Professor of the Cracow University of Technology Beata Makowska PhD, DSc, Eng. Arch. Chairwoman of the Competition Jury
- Professor of the University of the Arts in Poznań Janusz Stankowski
- Professor of the Opole University of Technology Mirosław Bogdan PhD, DSc, Eng. Arch.
- Professor of the Warsaw University of Technology Mirosław Orzechowski PhD, DSc, Eng. Arch.
- Aneta Borowik PhD, University of Silesia

The Competition Jury became familiar with the formal conditions which, according to the regulations, should be fulfilled by the competition works.
The Jury assessed the works in terms of meeting the formal conditions. As a result 94 works were admitied for further assessment.
Due to the high level of works, the Jury decided to award: I prize, II prize, two III prizes ex aequo and seven honourable mentions.
In addition, the Special Prize of the Rector of the University of Silesia was awarded.
